1. General

1. By ordering a commission you agree to these terms.

2. I have right to do changes to my TOS, however these changes won't have an effect on the commissions I've taken before the change.

3. I have right to change my prices, however these changes won't have an effect on the commissions I've taken before the change.

4. I have right to refuse from the commission if my commissions aren't open at the moment of suggestion or if I find the commission to be offensive or otherwise not suitable. I also have the right to refuse from the commission if the customer's behavior is offensive.

2. Artwork information

1. I will only do digital art as a commission at the moment.

2. Size of the artwork will vary, if you want a specific size for the artwork, be sure to inform me upfront.

3. I will mostly prefer to do the artwork in my own art style.

What I can draw:

• Feral & anthro characters

• Feminine human and human-like characters (mostly headshots and busts)

• Blood, violence and mild gore

• Nudity and NSFW (with limitations on certain fetishes, minors are forbidden) only mild nudity can be uploaded on DeviantArt though

• LGBT+ themes

What I can't draw:

(I can try but I can't promise the result)

• Fullbody pictures of humans or human-like characters

• Super detailed characters, accessories or backgrounds

• Masculine human and human-like characters

• Realistic art

What I won't draw:

• Nudity or NSFW about or for minors

• Certain fetishes

• Brutal gore

• Inappropriate or NSFW including my OC's if I'm not comfortable with the idea

• Animations (long or challenging), animatics or PMV

• Offensive content (racist, homophobic etc.)

3. How to order

Follow my profile or Commission-journal to know when my commissions are open:

Send me a note with following information:

Some kind of a reference sheet or picture of your character

What kind of commission do you want?

What kind of a pose/expression do you want?

Other wishes?

4. Payment & Refund

1. All of the commissions must be paid after the customer has given an approval to the sketch. However if you feel comfortable with it, you can send the payment beforehand too.

2. Accepted currency is either euros or DeviantArt points.

3. I will accept PayPal (bank transfer only for Finnish customers).

4. Payment in PayPal must be send as goods or services.

5. You have the right to cancel your commission but you must do so before giving an approval to the sketch.

6. If I am for whatever reason unable to do the commission, I will give the customer a full refund.

7. Payment must be received in full before uploading or sending the finished artwork.

5. Process

• 1) Customer must provide a reference sheet or a clear picture of the character.

• 2) Sketch is always send to the customer before the payment. Customer has all the rights to request changes for the sketch. I will not go forward until the sketch is approved by the customer.

• Please try to make all your requests for changes at this point! Of course I will make sure to correct any coloring etc. mistakes made by me for free!

• Try to summarize your wanted changes as few messages as possible, so it will be easier for me to make these changes at once. For more than 10 changes I will start to ask extra cost of 10% per change.

• 3) After the payment is received I will finish the artwork.

• 4) Small changes, such as mistakes in the markings can be made after the artwork is finished.

• 5) Finishing the commission may vary from 1 week to 3 months depending of the complexity, health & personal issues and the amount of commissions or art trades on my list.

6. Copyright & Usage

1. As an artist I will have all the rights to upload and use the artwork on my gallery or portfolio. I will hold the copyright for the created artwork but not for the character(s).

2. Customer will have the right to use the artwork for personal use. They may also upload the artwork on their gallery, social media and other places as long as they don't claim the credit for the artwork. Customer is also allowed to crop the artwork to use it as an icon etc. Customer can also pass on this right if selling the character with the commissioned artwork included. However selling only the artwork or using if for commercial purposes is forbidden. Commissioning an artwork for commercial purposes can be discussed.
